Dawn Mottlow, APN, is a registered advanced practice nurse at Millennium Pediatrics in Naperville, Illinois. She is committed to actively listening to her patients and their caregivers to ensure all medical and development needs are met.
Dawn earned her bachelor's degree at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb County, Illinois. She then completed a Master of Science in Nursing with Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Missouri in St. Louis, Missouri.
Before joining the experienced and compassionate team at Millennium Pediatrics, Dawn worked as an inpatient staff nurse in the Neuroscience Unit at the Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago and also at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital in Missouri. In addition to caring for patients from newborn through age 19 at Millennium Pediatrics, Dawn teaches at the University of St. Francis College of Nursing in Joliet, Illinois.

Nhung Hoang, PA-C received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and her Master degree of Health Science from South College-Atlanta. Ana Stoica, MD, is a pediatrician at Millennium Pediatrics in Naperville, Illinois. She has a special interest in caring for newborn babies, genetic disorders, asthma, and adolescent mental health. Kathleen Mansour, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at Millennium Pediatrics in Naperville, Illinois. Dr. Mansour prides herself on actively listening to the concerns of her patients and their families regarding development milestones, behavior, sleep, and other factors affecting childhood to come up with a healthy treatment plan.
Dr. Mansour graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She then completed her pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. To further her knowledge and expertise, Dr. Mansour is board-certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Before joining the knowledgeable team at Millennium Pediatrics, Dr. Mansour served as a senior physician at The Permanente Medical Group in Sacramento, California. She then relocated to Jackson, Mississippi, to serve as an Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in the Department of Pediatrics and Newborn Medicine. Rahul Bhatia, MD, MPH, FAAP, is a board-certified physician in both pediatrics and pediatric critical care. He has been in practice for over 20 years and is proud to serve children and their families at Caring Pediatrics in Tempe, Arizona.
Dr. Bhatia completed his residency at the University of Tennessee, followed by a fellowship in pediatric critical care from Thomas Jefferson University. He then obtained a master's degree in public health from the University of Arizona.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and Society for Pediatric Sedation. Sarah Jane is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in the Midwest and attended the University of Kentucky, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following graduation, Sarah Jane started her nursing career at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) helping take care of kids with some of the most severe illnesses and injuries.
After six years as a PICU nurse, Sarah Jane obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from MUSC, where she gained advanced training in providing expanded services in diagnosing and treating various pediatric medical conditions. Upon graduation, Sarah Jane worked for over eight years in academic asthma and pulmonary disease specialty clinics as well as pediatric primary care clinic before starting Island Pediatrics.
Sarah Jane enjoys spending time with her husband, two girls, their Goldendoodle puppy, playing sand volleyball, and trying out new restaurants around town.
