Dr. Model has been practicing pediatrics for over 20 years, with two children of her own. As an expert on the nervous system, she will be able to work efficiently with any child suffering from a neurological disorder, catering her practice to their unique needs.
Born in Moscow, Russia, Dr. Model developed an interest in neuroscience at an early age. This interest led her to attend Moscow Medical Academy, before moving to the United States. In New York City, she graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience. From there, she enrolled in Ross University School of Medicine, a private university in Barbados known for its medical prowess.
Jordan grew up in Jacksonville and attended the University of Florida, where she graduated with her BSN in 2008. She received her MSN from the University of Florida in 2009 and has been working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner ever since.
She has always had a passion for children and loves watching them grow into beautiful, happy, and healthy adults. Jordan has been a member of the Angel Kids Pediatrics family since March of 2015. She and her husband welcomed a baby boy in December 2013, and she is enjoying her new role as mom! Jordan enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and cheering on the Florida Gators!
Tomi grew up in a small town in western Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience.
She completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in Chicago at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Her husband’s naval career took them to San Diego, and then to Jacksonville. She loves working with children, and looks forward to helping families be as healthy and as happy as possible.

Maria Theresa Valdes, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at Angel Kids Pediatrics in Jacksonville, Amelia Island, and Saint Johns, Florida.
Dr. Valdes is the type of provider who is extremely patient and thorough during your child’s visit. She is very understanding of all of your concerns as a parent, and believes there are no dumb questions. Dr. Valdes has a special place in her heart for children and their mental health. So if you have any questions or concerns regarding that, she is eager to assist.
In Dr. Valdes’ free time, she enjoys going to art museums and reading books, especially any of the Harry Potter series. When she’s not reading books, she loves to spend time with her dog, Muffin.
Dr. Valdes is a native of Holguin, Cuba. As a young girl, she moved to Los Angeles, California, and later moved to the far east of the United States to reside in Jacksonville.

Varuna Tuli, MD, is a pediatrician with over 19 years of experience at Newton Pediatrics in Waltham, Massachusetts. She specializes in caring for medically complex cases and international and multicultural patients.
Dr. Tuli completed medical school in India. She then moved to Maryland to complete her residency at the Sinai Hospital in Baltimore before moving to Pennsylvania to complete a fellowship at St. Christopher’s Hospital in Philadelphia.

Krisztina Bukur-Doczy, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at Newton Pediatrics in Newton, Massachusetts. Her scientific research in pathology, immunology, and microbiology gives her a strong background for a pediatric travel medicine specialty. Rodrigo Belalcazar, MD, is an ophthalmologist and aesthetic surgeon at Advanced Eye Center located in Hialeah, Florida.
