Melita Tate, MD, is a double board-certified physician in internal medicine and pediatrics and the co-founder of Grassroots Healthcare in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Known for her holistic approach to medicine, Dr. Tate helps patients of all ages—from infants to seniors—achieve long-term wellness by addressing the root causes of illness. Steven C Shoham M.D., F.A.A.P. Is a board-certified Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics who specializes in caring for newborns through young adults as well as their families. In 1989, Dr. Shoham established his private practice, Shoham Medical Group in Granada Hills, California. With over 30 years of experience in providing pediatric care, he offers knowledgeable, compassionate care alongside his team of physicians and staff. 

Dr. Shoham attended the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and by 1978 had completed a Bachelor of Science in biology, a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, and a Master of Science in microbiology. He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in New York City in 1982. In 1985, Dr. Shoham completed his residency in pediatrics at Kaiser Hospital Sunset in Los Angeles. Dr. Shoham became certified as a mohel in 1984. 

Dr. Shoham is passionate about empowering children and families to take responsibility for their health and wellness. Karla Lester, M.D. is a pediatrician, board certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and professionally certified life and weight coach, who specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents struggling with their weight, metabolic health, and body image. Dr. Lester has been an expert advocate for decades working to address the epidemic of child and adolescent obesity on local, state and national levels. Dr. Shandi uses her experiences and training to provide her patients with compassionate, comprehensive, and top-notch care. Dr. Shandi attended medical school at Howard University in Washington DC. She did her residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando, FL. After moving from the east coast to California she continued her education by obtaining her Master of Public Health degree at UC Berkeley. She has gotten additional training in trauma-informed care and ADHD. She has successfully run ADHD clinics for almost 15 years. She is also a member of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder). In her "free time," she enjoys gardening, dancing, music, and creating art. She is happy to call California her home.
