Michael Jadali, DO, RPh, FAAPMR, is a skilled pain management specialist at the Center for Pain & Rehabilitation Medicine in San Jose, California. Dr. Jadali has been at the forefront of minimally invasive pain management for several years.

Gale attended UCSD where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science. She worked in the software and defense industry before deciding to follow her true passion into healthcare. Her clinical interests and focus is in pain mangement. She enjoys assisting patients with their pain and helping them resume their quality of life. Aashish Jay Kumar, MD, D.ABA, is an interventional pain medicine specialist at Spine & Pain Specialists of the Carolinas in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has extensive experience in interventional pain medicine and perioperative pain management.

Lucia Moutoux, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive expertise
in interventional pain management and interventional pulmonology. With 17 years of experience
at Mercy Medical Center, she has cultivated a deep commitment to providing exceptional patient
care. Lucia began her healthcare career as an X-ray technologist, later earning a Bachelors in
Radiological Sciences from Adventist Health University. She then advanced her education,
obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland Global Campus and
a Master of Science in Nursing focusing on family practice from Walden University.
Born in Tuscany, Italy, Lucia brings a global perspective and a compassionate approach to her

Alexander Gimpelevich, DO, is a board-certified physiatrist at Igor Rubinshteyn, MD, in the Brighton Beach area of Brooklyn and Rego Park, New York. A lifelong competitive athlete, Dr. Gimpelevich became interested in physiatry after experiencing first-hand the multitude of injuries athletes endure. He specializes in helping people reduce pain and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Gimpelevich earned his bachelor’s degree at Columbia University in New York City. After working for two years doing research for the Mount Sinai Columbia University Hospital, Dr. Gimpelevich earned his Doctorate of Osteopathy from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury. 

He completed a rotating internship program at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn and a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital. Charles C. Ho, MD, is a skilled and experienced Doctor of Medicine specializing in Pain

After completing his fellowship, Dr. Ho was an Associate in Anesthesia in the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at BIDMC. He was also on staff in Anesthesiology and Pain Management at Harrington Memorial Hospital (HMH) in Southbridge, Massachusetts. 

Following this, Dr. Ho was a partner at Beverly Anesthesia Associates and provided anesthesia and pain management services at Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA, the Lahey Outpatient Center in Danvers, and Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester for over 19 years.

Dr. Carri Jones is a board-certified specialist in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries and conditions of the spine, peripheral nerves, and musculoskeletal system. At Peninsula Orthopedic Associates, she treats sports and occupational injuries, degenerative arthritic conditions, and complex regional pain syndromes for her Daly, City, California, patients.

After a first career as a math professor, he earned his medical doctorate. Dr. Gibert first attended George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada and graduated with honors from Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, in 1997. Dr. Gibert completed an anesthesiology residency in 2001 and a pain management fellowship in 2002.

Dr. Gibert knows the toll that chronic pain can take on patients, both physically and emotionally. Many people suffering from chronic pain turn to opioids to manage their symptoms, but these medications can be dangerous and addictive.

While opioids may be necessary in treating pain when there are no other options, Dr. Gibert always works to minimize their use as much as possible. Dr. Gibert creates treatment plans for his chronic pain patients that emphasize non-opioid treatment when possible, and may include interventional treatment, like trigger point injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, and nutrition counseling, lifestyle modifications, lidocaine infusions, and ketamine infusion therapy in addition to opioid management.
