Tariq Hilal, DO, MS, is a sports and spine physician practicing at South Coast Sports and Spine Medicine in Los Alamitos, California. William Rowland, MD, is a dedicated primary care and concierge physician practicing at Boca General & Family Medicine in Boca Raton, Florida. He has over 30 years of experience and is committed to providing exceptional, personalized care to his patients.

Born in Miami and raised in Melbourne Beach, Florida, Dr. Rowland earned a degree in Statistics from the University of Florida in 1986.
