Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Dr. Dinh received her medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She completed her residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in interventional pain at Virginia Commonwealth University Health in Richmond, Virginia. 

Dr. Dinh explored her passion for medicine and service through research at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and other volunteer opportunities in the community.  

Through her work at both the academic hospital center and the local veteran's hospital, she gained experience in the wide variety of treatments available for chronic pain and cared for a diverse cohort of patients.

Certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the American Board of Emergency Medicine, Daniel Smeester MD is a drug and alcohol addiction treatment specialist in California’s San Francisco East Bay. His state of the art Outpatient Medical Detox program allows people to safely stop their use of alcohol and other substances, even fentanyl, in the comfort of their own home, with in-person office visits or with telehealth, or both. Passionate about addiction treatment, Dr. Smeester was board certified as an addiction medicine physician in 2014. He has since dedicated his life to fighting drug and alcohol dependence and addiction, at Diablo Valley Drug and Alcohol Services, which earned its Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in 2016.

As a compassionate addiction specialist, Dr. Smeester understands that those struggling with addiction and substance abuse aren’t always treated with the dignity they deserve. That’s why he’s carefully built an environment where his patients can feel comfortable, respected, and valued.

Rafael Santiago, MD, MBA, is an emergency medical specialist with more than 20 years of experience working with patients at the Regenerative Sport, Spine and Spa in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Santiago believes in treating the source of the pain rather than just the symptoms, providing more options than generic pharmaceuticals and corticosteroids.

Dr. Santiago attended the University of Rochester in New York, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in pre-medical studies. During his undergraduate work, Dr. Santiago was an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon, greatly enhancing his education experience and offering valuable lessons not otherwise learned inside the classroom.

After earning his bachelor’s, Dr. Santiago obtained his doctorate from the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He also completed an emergency medicine internship and residency while enrolled.

Since completing his doctorate, Dr. Santiago has worked for several hospital systems throughout the southern United States as an emergency physician. Some include the Callaway Community Hospital in Fulton, Missouri, the Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri, and the Medical Center of Trinity in Trinity, Florida.

After gaining nearly a decade of hands-on experience, Dr. Santiago returned to higher education in 2014 and obtained a health care MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Santiago believes in addressing concerns and promoting wellness with three key pillars: interventional pain management, bioidentical hormone therapy, and external aesthetics through the medspa.
