Dr. Neil Sinha provides comprehensive interventional pain medicine at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics, where he tailors individual treatment options to the unique needs of each patient. Dr. Sinha completed his Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Dipan Patel is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Patel did his internship in internal medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and finished his residency in anesthesiology at New York Medical College. He completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in interventional pain medicine at New York University Langone Medical Center in Manhattan.

During his fellowship training, Dr. Patel developed advanced skills and experience at renowned New York City hospitals. Lauren received her Bachelor of Nursing degree at William Paterson University, and acquired her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Adult Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. Prior to completing her Doctor of Nursing program, Lauren was an orthopedic nurse for five years at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Upon graduation, she immediately began her career as a pain management nurse practitioner.

Lauren was chosen to speak about Pain Management/Opioid Crisis at the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Nursing Excellence Conference in 2018. Emily Sudek, MD, brings extensive expertise as a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine specialist to The Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre in The Woodlands, Texas. Specializing in addressing a wide array of pain issues, from back and joint discomfort to nerve and cancer-related pain, Dr. Sudek employs various advanced treatments, including joint injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation.

Samantha “Sammy” Pushchak, PA, is a board-certified physician assistant serving patients at Summit Primary Care in Denver, Colorado. 

Born and raised in Colorado, Sammy is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins and obtained her Master of Health Science and Physician Assistant Certificate at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania.

Manish Shah, MD, is a pain management physician serving patients SEPA Pain & Spine in Limerick, Pennsylvania. He focuses on advanced and minimally invasive pain management treatments to help patients become more active and regain their independence. 

Dr. Shah grew up in a small town in upstate New York and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, graduating with the highest honor in both biology and business administration. 

He received his medical education from St. George’s University in True Blue, Grenada. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. 

Dr. Shah is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and dual-certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. He obtained certification in Suboxone® therapy in 2021 and is certified by the state of Pennsylvania to register patients in the medical marijuana program. 

Before joining SEPA in 2022, he was the lead pain physician for Towerhealth Pottstown Hospital and served the community from 2019 to 2021.

Anh L. Ngo, MD MBA, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and a Harvard-trained interventional pain medicine physician at Pain Specialty Group in Newmarket and Newington, New Hampshire. Dr. Ngo takes a multidisciplinary approach to pain management, offering the most effective and innovative treatments available, from interventional procedures to holistic approaches, to help his patients find relief from their pain for a better quality of life. 

Dr. Ngo completed his undergraduate degree from the School of Biological Sciences, Doctorate of Medicine from the School of Medicine, and Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology Management from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Ngo completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles and worked in private practice for a decade prior to pursuing an academic career as faculty at Harvard Medical School.  He completed his fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at Harvard University.
