One of the things I really appreciate is that she remembers key details of the things we discuss from one session to another and I never feel like I have to backtrack to give her additional details to jog her memory. She just gets it. You can't fully appreciate this skill until you've been through a therapy experience where your therapist forgets key details and it leaves you completely frustrated. So grateful for Tanja!

The progress I have made in such a short period of time is truly amazing. This may sound ridiculously odd, but the past three sessions after we both log off I tell her I love her. I don’t use that word lightly or freely in my life and will probably never tell her to her face (virtually lol) but she has helped me more than anyone.
