My medical journey from India to New York has deeply influenced me. Experiencing Western and Eastern views on health and wellness has influenced my perspective on the intricate interplay between the mind and body in achieving and maintaining mental wellness.

My life experiences have allowed me to bring new and ancient world traditions, including Eastern cultural values, to my patient-care approach. Having a broad view of the world and humankind bolsters psychological betterment.
