Dr. Suzanne Bilé is a is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and doctor of nursing practice (DNP). She provides compassionate care and medication management, evaluates and treats a variety of mental illnesses: anxiety, depression, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, substance use disorders and eating disorders. She focuses on forming therapeutic relationships, educating, and implementing evidence-based treatment to improve the individual’s quality of life.

Suzanne is a graduate of Mount Sinai Beth Israel and worked as a psychiatric registered nurse at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island for over five years. She attended Hunter-Bellevue for her Master’s degree and obtained her doctorate from Touro University Nevada. Dr. Bilé’s clinical experience includes counseling patients at the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs Hospital PTSD clinic. She worked at the Renfrew Center of New York where she specialized in the treatment of eating disorders.

Victoria earned a second bachelor's degree in Nursing from Wagner College. Her diverse professional background has provided her with a unique perspective that combines analytical thinking with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Victoria worked as an Operating Room Registered Nurse specializing in neurosurgery, spine, and trauma. Assisting in complex brain and spinal surgeries gave her a profound appreciation for the intricate relationship between the brain and human behavior. Witnessing firsthand how neurological conditions can affect cognition, emotion, and quality of life deepened her passion for mental health and strengthened her commitment to helping patients achieve emotional and psychological well-being.

Aaron Savedoff, M.D., is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry in the Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine, and has a wide variety of experience practicing in many different areas of psychiatry.  In addition to private practice, he works as a supervising psychiatrist in the Emergency Department at Mount Sinai West and Mount Sinai Morningside hospitals.  

Dr. Savedoff has been a staff psychiatrist at John Jay College and Fordham University.  He has been a teaching attending at the Zirinsky Center at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, a research center for Bipolar Disorder.  He has also been a staff psychiatrist at the Addiction Institute of Mount Sinai.

My career goals have been focused on the LGBTQ population working both as president of AGLP: The Association of LGBTQ Psychiatrists and Director of Psychiatry at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, one of the largest LGBTQ Medical Centers in the world. I provide psychotherapy and/or medication management. My training is largely psychodynamic but I use behavioral therapies when needed.

Dr. Mikolaenko completed his medical education at the State Medical University in Ukraine, followed by The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Neurocritical Care Society, and the Johns Hopkins Medical and Surgical Association.
