Naika is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with ten years of experience providing therapy, treatment, and services to children, youth, and families. Using a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive lens, she has worked with individuals presenting with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ADHD, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, and personality disorders. As a social worker, Naika has provided treatment in community-based organizations, residential treatment programs, and in the home setting, often working with the underrepresented and underserved. Ingrid Suazo, DrHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She completed her master’s degree in nursing at West Coast University in California. For her post-graduate studies, Ingrid pursued a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She completed her doctorate in healthcare administration at the Virginia University of Lynchburg. Ingrid has extensive experience working with severe mental health conditions.
