Dr. Ali Hamzehloo is a fellowship-trained neurologist with more than a decade of experience in general neurology, vascular (stroke) neurology, and neurointerventional care. He brings an uncommon combination of clinical depth and advanced procedural training, having completed a fellowship in vascular neurology in the United States at Wayne State University and a clinical fellowship in interventional neuroradiology at the University Hospital of Zurich, Switzerland.
His areas of focus include cerebrovascular disease and stroke, neuromuscular disorders, and seizure disorders. He performs and interprets EMG/nerve conduction studies and EEG and has extensive experience caring for patients in both hospital and outpatient settings—leading stroke teams and managing complex cases within certified stroke centers and neurocritical care units.

His work on stroke imaging and cerebral edema has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Stroke and Neurocritical Care and presented at national meetings such as the American Academy of Neurology Annual Meeting.
