Taylor Ike is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December 2019 at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She furthered her education by obtaining her Master’s degree in October 2024 from Chamberlain University. She has over five years of nursing experience and a strong focus on psychiatric and mental health care.
Her primary clinical expertise lies in mental health, where she has provided care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, Taylor has conducted comprehensive psychiatric assessments, developed individualized care plans, and delivered therapeutic interventions. Additionally, she has assumed leadership responsibilities, serving as a charge nurse and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Earlier in her career, Taylor worked in pediatric home health and labor and delivery, honing her skills in patient assessment, education, and family-centered care. These experiences sparked her passion for women’s mental health as well as child and adolescent psychiatry.
