Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Victoria worked as an Operating Room Registered Nurse specializing in neurosurgery, spine, and trauma. Assisting in complex brain and spinal surgeries gave her a profound appreciation for the intricate relationship between the brain and human behavior. Witnessing firsthand how neurological conditions can affect cognition, emotion, and quality of life deepened her passion for mental health and strengthened her commitment to helping patients achieve emotional and psychological well-being.

Dr. Mikolaenko completed his medical education at the State Medical University in Ukraine, followed by The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Maria Dolgovina, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with a strong background in sleep medicine. She completed her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. in Edison, New Jersey. A sleep medicine residency and fellowship through Stony Brook University Hospital in New York further refined her skills and knowledge. Dr. Dolgovina’s professional experience includes positions in sleep medicine/neurology as well as work in hospital settings and neurology practices.
