Dr. Kleinman approaches each patient with openness and warmth. She takes time to fully assess every patient’s individualized needs with a thoughtful evaluation. Dr. Kleinman helps patients embark on a meaningful journey towards deeper foundations of self-awareness, improved interpersonal functioning, and a more integrated sense of self.
“There is no sugar-coating it: working with Dr. Kleinman has been difficult. In so many ways a part of me has stubbornly fought, kicking and screaming, against the changes that she—and, on some level, I—knew that I needed to make in order to live a more fulfilling and connected life. This is because the process that I undertook in her care has been, at times, painful. I persisted in seeing her and during those painful bouts, despite feeling a compulsion to quit, and I'm so glad for that. Dr. Kleinman is patient, open-minded, and very intelligent; for these traits she is a tremendous confidant and companion for what is ultimately a self-directed journey. Looking back after nearly two years of working with her, I am astounded by how much better equipped I feel to face my life, both its challenges and rewards, now and into the future. I'm very grateful and couldn't recommend Dr. Kleinman more highly.”
“Dr sends meds to the wrong pharmacy every time. I specified where to send them on documents & verbally during the appointment but they’re still sent to the wrong place. The pharmacy they’re sent to isn’t even one of the places I wrote down or told them. How?! It’s almost as if they’re not paying attention.”
“Carley is very upbeat and thorough when talking with her. She cares whether there are other issues to discuss or not. She's careful about the prescriptions she writes to make sure that they are working or not.
Overall she's great at what she does. ”
“Zach is always so caring. We first started seeing Zach when my child was 5 years old. He has always made her feel at ease. Has always explained things that didn't make sense for her to her in a way she understood. She is very introverted and shy but always feels good talking to Zach. She will ask me about things that have to do with her diagnosis and I tell her that I am not sure. So she proceeds to tell me, "next time I go with Zach I have to mention it to him" This speaks volumes to me. ”
