In this setting he provides a variety of psychiatric services such as the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of the hospital’s patients. He also provides expert testimony for court-authorized guardianship and treatment plans as well as commitment hearings.

Rosevelt’s interest in mental health and healthcare has been shaped by a multitude of experiences and learning opportunities that have taught him the value of compassion, empathy, intellectual curiosity, and fairness. An avid world traveler and reader, Rosevelt grew up on three continents and is multilingual; this multicultural background has helped foster Rosevelt’s dedication to providing culturally competent, holistic, and non-judgmental care to a diverse client population. There is no communication and then there is no way to get in touch. The phone calls are obviously answer Ed by a 3rd party and they are no help.
