Dr. Ellen Edgar is the president of Complete Neurological Care, P.C. in New York and Florida. She is an American Board Certified Neurologist who holds double board certification from The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and The American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology (ABCN).

Dr. Kevin Jean Lemaire is a Psychiatrist providing care to residents of New York, and New Jersey.  Dr. Lemaire believes in “treating the patient as a whole” and that “laughter is the best medicine”. Dr. Lemaire’s clinical interests include PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use.  Dr. Lemaire attended Brooklyn College, where he majored in both psychology and biology. During that time, he was on the executive board of the Haitian-American Students Association, Minority Access to Research Careers Scholar, Organic Chemistry Tutor, & National Black Students in Science Organization. After college, he went on to study osteopathic medicine at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, NY. Dr. Caroline Bjorkman is a Board Certified Psychiatrist who provides treatment for a variety of mental health conditions including mood, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD and other psychiatric conditions. She uses an individualized and holistic approach providing medication management as well as psychotherapy to improve overall functioning and quality of life.
