Dr. Edward Zawadzki began his work in mental health while studying neuropsychology in graduate school in the 1990s. He later attended medical school and has been practicing psychiatry since 2004. With experience across a range of populations—including adults, geriatrics, young adults, and those with substance use concerns—he brings a well-rounded approach to care. He has worked in diverse settings, including forensic psychiatry, and is board-certified in the field. Dr. Zawadzki maintains an active forensic practice in addition to his work as a general adult psychiatrist. Dr. Vikas Shetty obtained his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C.. He subsequently completed a medical internship at Northwell Health- North Shore- Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. Dr. Shetty then completed his neurology residency at the same institution, where he gained extensive experience in managing a wide range of neurological conditions. 

He was later awarded a fellowship in epilepsy at Northwell Health, focusing on advanced epilepsy care, including interpreting complex EEGs and managing refractory epilepsy cases.
