She then ventured into the substance abuse rehabilitation industry and has gained experiences in areas such as minor care complaints, family medicine, primary care, and substance abuse treatment with MAT. Driven by a true passion for helping others, she takes pride in providing the best medical care services possible. He has over 16 years of experience in the treatment of mental illness and conditions at various stages of intensity and treatment options. Dr. Cohen has previous experience providing psychiatric care for the Hanley Hazelton Center in West Palm Beach, FL. He has also provided addictions services in Miami, FL. He completed his internship and residency in South Miami, Florida. He has worked both with inpatient stabilization as well as outpatient level of care to best fit the needs of the patient.
Dr. Cohen earned his Doctor of Osteopathy at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL completing his degree within the top 10% of his graduating class and Dean's List.
