Dr. Melendez began his professional education at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in industrial microbiology. He subsequently moved to the United States and enrolled at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. 

Following graduation, Dr. Melendez accepted a residency position at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania. As a resident, Dr. Melendez trained extensively in all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery. Caitlyn Lee, DPM, AACFAS, is an experienced podiatrist at Global Podiatry Partners, Inc. in Arcadia, California. 

A southern California native, Dr. Lee graduated from Marino High School and the University of California, Irvine, where she received a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. She then pursued her passion for medicine and surgery by attending the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Podiatric Medicine, in Pomona, California. 

Dr. Lee completed a three-year comprehensive surgical residency at Emory Decatur Hospital (PMSR/RRA) and the Podiatry Institute in Atlanta, Georgia, where she received extensive training in foot and ankle surgery and served as chief resident. She is well-versed in all areas of forefoot reconstruction, rearfoot, and ankle pathology, including trauma, elective reconstruction in adults and pediatrics, and limb salvage.

Kelvin S. Crezee DPM, FACFAS, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, is double board-certified in surgery and medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and the University of California at Berkeley. He then moved on to complete medical school in San Francisco with honors followed by a highly prestigious, multi-year surgical residency program near Detroit at Kern Hospital for Specialty Foot and Ankle Surgery. His training included trauma and reconstructive surgery in adult and pediatrics.

In addition, Dr. Crezee has specialty training in diabetes and sports medicine.
