Dr. Soran Azizi is a Podiatric surgeon dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered medical and surgical care. He is excited to have returned to Orange County and is proud to serve the community he calls home.

Dr. Azizi earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He went on to receive his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, Florida, graduating with Phi Delta honors.

He completed a comprehensive three-year surgical residency at the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System in Albuquerque, NM, and Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento, CA, where he served as Chief Resident in his final year. Dedicated board certified podiatrist Jared Menchin, DPM serves patients in Lakewood, CO and the greater Denver area at LEAP Foot and Ankle Specialists pllc. Originally from New York, Dr. Menchin received his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University prior to earning his doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. During his time there, he was a scholarship recipient and was recognized with multiple awards, honors, and leadership positions. Dr. Menchin then completed an intensive three-year residency training program in foot and ankle surgery at the Northwell Health Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Long Island, New York. Dr. Menchin’s training included foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, elective forefoot surgery, sports medicine, complex trauma of the foot and ankle, wound care, and diabetic limb salvage. Riane Teagarden, DPM, is a passionate foot and ankle surgeon based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She provides comprehensive podiatry care at Albuquerque Associated Podiatrists.  

Dr. Teagarden has always been interested in science. Growing up in the Denver area, you could find her explaining food chains with dioramas of lynx and making play-dough models of hearts. When her younger sister was born with significant medical needs, she started helping out her nurses at home. You could see that passion shift towards medicine. 

When she was in second grade, she brought in a baby doll and demonstrated tube feeding and placement of a g-tube to her class. She saw how medical care helped change her sister’s life by improving her independence and relieving her of pain. She was inspired to provide that same care for others.

Dr. Teagarden attended the University of Northern Colorado and graduated summa cum laude. At the time, she was shadowing many different providers from all specialties and working in an immunology research lab when she discovered podiatry - almost by accident. She, like many, got an ingrown toenail. Afterward, she started shadowing the podiatrists that helped her out in Greeley. Almost instantly, she fell in love with the hands-on approach they had to offer to improve the lives of their patients.

Dr. Teagarden moved to Iowa to attend Des Moines University of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Following that, she began her residency at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Albuquerque and completed her residency at Kaiser Northern California in Sacramento. 

Since then, Dr. Teagarden has developed a love of sports medicine, trauma, limb salvage, and wound care. She has experience with the full scope of foot and ankle intervention. She has a tremendous passion for medicine and demonstrates it for her patients by providing the utmost care. She is excited to return to the Southwest and serve the community of Santa Fe.

In her time away from work, Dr. Teagarden enjoys outdoor activities with her dogs and her partner. You can find them hiking, camping, skiing and adventuring. They are looking forward to enjoying the natural beauty of Northern New Mexico.

Jacqueline Buckley, DPM, is a podiatric surgeon and foot and ankle specialist practicing at Roka Foot and Ankle Centers located in Renton, Washington. She is a native of the Seattle area; having been born in the city, she was raised in Kent.

A graduate of Kent-Meridian High School, Dr. Buckley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Clark Atlanta University. Dr. Buckley holds a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine and attended residencies at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, and South Jersey Regional Center in Vineland, New Jersey.

Dr. Buckley has over 16 years of diverse experience and extensive training in foot and ankle surgery, podiatric medicine, and wound care. Dr. Buckley has performed research on cadaveric Achilles tendon transplantation, tendon repair, and amnion. As the owner and Chief Medical Officer for Roka Foot and Ankle Centers, she uses her training to manage fractures, common sports injuries, foot and ankle ailments. Dr. Buckley is on staff at Kindred Hospital and Providence Regional Medical Center. 

Dr. Buckley is active in her community, and in addition to her medical practice, she lectures on diabetic foot care and management. Dr. Buckley proudly sits on the Washington State Podiatric Medicine Board, where she serves as vice chair of the prestigious organization. She is a founding member and chairperson of the executive board for a Seattle-based track team. She also serves as a board member of a community organization that provides education and curriculum for local youth.  Dr. Buckley also served on the sidelines as the team doctor for a local youth football team.
