Dr. Matthews graduated from ISU in 2005 with a BS in Zoology. While in Pocatello he met and married his beautiful wife and through her father, Dr. Kert Howard, was introduced to the wonderful profession of podiatry.

David R. Warren, DPM, a member of the team of physicians at Arlington/Mansfield Foot & Ankle Centers in Arlington and Mansfield, Texas, for over 15 years, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon with a comprehensive range of experience in the medical field. Dr. Warren had his start in pharmacy before making the switch to podiatry and patient care, relocating to Texas in 2003. Dr. Warren is committed to the health and recovery of each of his patients.
Dr. Warren earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Georgia in Athens. After spending four years in the pharmacy industry, Dr. Warren attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, Missouri.
Prior to joining the Arlington/Mansfield Foot & Ankle Centers, Dr. Warren practiced in both Georgia and Florida. Matthew F. Wachtler, DPM, FACFAS, is a skilled podiatrist at Cedar Grove Foot & Ankle Specialists. He provides comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. Dr. Wachtler graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then went on to receive his medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.
After completing his medical education, Dr. Wachtler was trained in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Morristown Medical Center of the Atlantic Health System. Dr. Biren Shah, DPM, provides expert foot and ankle care at Midwest Foot and Ankle Associates in Rockford, Illinois. Specializing in reconstructive surgery, sports medicine, and diabetic foot care, he offers treatments such as arthroscopy, limb salvage, and flat foot reconstruction.
Dr. Shah earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering in India before relocating to the U.S. to pursue nuclear medicine and attend Barry University for medical school. During his residency at Mercy Hospital in Miami, he trained in sports medicine under Dr. James Losito, treating athletes from the Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins. Pulin Joshi, DPM, is a highly trained podiatrist at Chicagoland Foot and Ankle, with locations in Orland Park and New Lenox, Illinois. He specializes in conservative treatments and rearfoot and ankle pathology of all types, including elective reconstruction, trauma, arthroscopy, total ankle replacement, limb salvage, and limb deformity correction.
Dr. Joshi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in molecular and cellular biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he made the Dean’s list. He went on to receive his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, where he worked as a teaching assistant.
Dr. Joshi finished his medical training with a foot and ankle reconstructive surgery residency at Ascension in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he was Chief Resident. He received the University Merit Scholarship and the Bakotic Endowed Scholarship.
He maintains his medical credentials with continuing education and has published various research studies in prestigious medical journals. Dr. Joshi is also a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Society, American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.
