Neil Altman, PhD, is a seasoned psychoanalytic psychotherapist at Harlem Family Services, located in the East Harlem community of Manhattan in New York City.
Dr. Altman has many years of experience in community-based work, in public clinics, and in private practice. He is currently co-chair of the section on Community Psychoanalysis of the American Psychoanalytic Association. Regina began her education at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and economics in 2006. Six years later, she decided to change her career focus and returned to college to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Stony Brook University School of Nursing in New York, where she graduated with honors and achieved the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Scholar award.

Regina began her nursing career in medical oncology, where she managed care for severely ill patients in a 30-bed medical oncology unit for two years. Nancy Tice D.O is a psychiatrist who draws from both traditional and alternative medicine to treat patients. She received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis Missouri and went on to obtain her medical degree from The New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tice completed her psychiatric training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. After years of practicing traditional psychiatry, she went on to study traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the NY College of Health Professions in Syosset, NY.
