Madeleine was born and raised in Miami Beach and received her undergraduate degree in history from the university of Florida with a concentration in holocaust studies. Madeleine went on to complete her masters in mental health counseling at Nova Southeastern University. Romer Mosquera, MD, is a board-certified neurologist at Neuroclinics in Miami, Florida. A native Spanish speaker, Dr. Mosquera is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and has been in practice for over two decades.
