Waheed K. Bajwa, MD, is a board-certified adult and addiction psychiatry practitioner. Dr. Bajwa leads the experienced team at Cary Behavioral Health in Cary, North Carolina, providing the community with private practice care for over 20 years.

Haresh Tharwani, MD, DFAPA, is the founder, president, and chief medical officer of MD Psychiatry & Emotional Health, PLLC. The practice has offices in Cary and Durham, North Carolina, where patients benefit from Dr. Tharwani’s clinical experience and expertise in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.
After completing his medical degree, Dr. Tharwani undertook general psychiatry training at West Virginia University’s School of Medicine.
