Dr. Darcy Trenkle is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with a strong commitment to integrative, evidence-based care. She has extensive experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and supporting individuals through complex life transitions. Dr. Trenkle brings nearly a decade of leadership across inpatient, outpatient, and telepsychiatric settings, most recently serving as Medical Director for Behavioral Health at Avel eCare.
She completed her medical degree and residency at Loma Linda University, where she later served on faculty as Medical Director of Interventional Psychiatry and led physician wellness initiatives. Dr. Miguel De La Mora is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner at Bellevue Psychiatry, who provides care for individuals across the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood.
He earned his Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a specialty in psychiatry from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. During his training, Dr. De La Mora completed clinical rotations at UTHealth Houston Harris County Psychiatric Center, Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, Psychiatry of Texas, Synapse Psychiatry, and Turning Point Psychiatry. His doctoral research focused on post-stroke depression and post-stroke anxiety.
Dr. De La Mora believes long-term mental wellness is best achieved through a comprehensive, whole-person approach. His care integrates medication management with psychotherapy, sleep hygiene, nutrition, exercise, social connection, and mindfulness-based techniques. He focuses on treating the root causes of symptoms, not just symptom relief, with the goal of helping each patient thrive in all areas of life.
