Joseph Goin, MD, is a highly regarded and recommended board-certified pediatrics/family practice physician that has over 42 years of experience in the medical field. He sees patients at Calvary Medical Clinic, his internal medicine practice, which has locations in Cleveland, Livingston, and Humble, Texas.

After completing his undergraduate and doctoral studies, Dr. Goin finished his residency training at the University of Illinois and Michael Reese hospitals in Chicago. His professional experience includes working in a diverse mix of clinics and hospitals and holding a variety of leadership positions, including clinical assistant professor, chief of pediatrics, and chief of staff.

Dr. Goin serves as Calvary’s medical director while also working as one of the practicing physicians at his offices. Seth Keating, PA, is an experienced physician assistant serving patients at Calvary Medical Clinic in Cleveland, Texas. He brings a wealth of education, skill, and ambition to the practice, focusing on evaluating and treating a wide range of patients, from adolescents to geriatrics. 

Mr. Keating received his education and training in 2012, graduating cum laude and earning his master's degree in physician assistant studies from Texas Tech in Midland. He obtained valuable medical knowledge and expertise during his medical rotations, including pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, OB/GYN, and emergency room treatment.

Elizabeth Finsness, or “Liza”, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Dallas, TX.

She graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. Andrea grew up in Round Rock, TX. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Health. She then went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2017. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Andrea worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which motivated her to focus her sights on becoming a dermatology PA.

Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Andrea specialized in gastroenterology at UTMB in League City, TX. She has received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Dr. Tejas Desai, DO. She practices in the areas of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Andrea has a passion for providing a positive bed-side manner to formulate a diagnosis. Her goal is to actively collaborate with her patients to come up with an effective treatment plan that works for each individual patient.

Eva was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the Rio Grande Valley with her family at age 10. She graduated cum laude from St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2017. Eva received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List. After college, she spent her first postgraduate year working in the Emergency department and volunteering at rural clinics in Mexico and Peru. Eva then attained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. She is bilingual and motivated to help the Corpus Christi community in their skin needs. Eva’s interest in helping the community and passion for overall skin care is what drove her to pursue a field in dermatology; her interest was further motivated during her clinical rotations. Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Eva specialized in Internal Medicine in Mcallen, Texas. She is passionate about providing evidence-based care and enjoys staying up to date with new techniques and products out in the market. She prioritizes the importance of patient education and preventative medicine.

Nadia is honored to be the first face you see when you walk into our doors. She enjoys creating a warm, elevated environment where clients feel valued and cared for every step of the way. Nadia has had a background as a Certified Medical Assistant for over 15 years. In the past, Nadia has worked with our Medical Director/Provider Dr. Reeves and Linda.

Outside of work, Nadia enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family and friends.

David Reeves, MD, FACOG, is the medical director at Medical Aesthetics & Laser in The Woodlands, Texas. Led by Dr. Reeves, the team enjoys helping people with their beauty health concerns and creating personalized treatment plans for each patient so they can shine from the inside and out.  

Dr. Reeves received his undergraduate education from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He then went on to pursue medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After graduation, he completed a residency program at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.  

With a passion for aesthetics, Dr. Reeves has been certified by Laserscope™ in the use of all of their aesthetic laser and intense pulsed light technology. He has completed an Aesthetic Enhancement Institute course for Botox® and dermal fillers as well.

Mitzi Laughlin, PhD joined Houston Methodist in 2022 and made an immediate impact in Orthopedic research. She is a former athletic trainer who worked at Alief Hastings High School and Rice University. After earning her doctorate from the University of Houston she began working at NASA treating astronauts after injuries or spaceflight to the International Space Station (ISS). In 2016, she was awarded a 5-year, million dollar grant to study the time course of muscle atrophy during ISS missions. Currently, the focus of her research includes quantifying patient outcomes following orthopedic surgery and identifying factors that determine individual variations in return to sports and training.
