Dr. Sushma Bhadauria, MD, MS, FACOG, is a Board-Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and an Attending Physician at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She has over 15 years of experience in this specialty, including being a faculty at UCLA in the Department of Ob-Gyn and as a staff obstetrician and gynecologist at Cedars Sinai Medical Group. Dr. Bhadauria completed her four year residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA and Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center. She worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and in 2006 she joined Cedars Sinai Medical Group as a staff obstetrician and gynecologist. She worked there until January 2014, when she started her own private practice located just a mile away from Cedars Sinai Medical Center.Dr. Bhadauria is currently accepting new patients. Dr. Bhadauria continues to perform surgery, deliver babies, and participate in resident education at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She has received many honors and awards for her excellent teaching and patient care including UCLA Medical Student's Ob-Gyn Teaching Award, Olive View/UCLA Education Research Institute grant award, and the Golden Apple Award from the Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Her research has been published in several national and international journals including American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Gynecology Oncology, and International Surgery. Dr. Bhadauria also published research on ultrasound evaluation of high-risk pregnancies and acquired surgical skills during her three-year Master of Surgery (M.S.) in Obstetrics and Gynecology that she obtained after completing her medical school and medical internship from Sarojani Naidu Medical College, Agra, where she received Certificates of Honor in several subjects including Ob/Gyn and Internal Medicine. She held several leadership positions including Director of the Continuing Medical Education (CME).

Jennifer is a women’s health and family practice physician assistant (PA) with more than 20 years of experience specializing in gynecology and functional medicine. Jennifer takes a holistic approach to care, empowering and inspiring women throughout every stage of their lives. Jennifer began her career in healthcare as a doula and apprentice midwife at The Natural Childbirth Institute in Culver City, CA. After working in obstetrics for years, she decided to pursue her role as a primary care provider and attended the Keck USC School of Medicine Primary Care Physician Assistant Program in Los Angeles. She has worked in numerous clinical settings as a PA and has extensive experience in obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, family and emergency medicine. Farah Mahbub Hartmann, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN at Women’s Healthcare Physicians of Naples, located in Naples, Florida. 

Dr. Farah Mahbub Hartmann completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, Florida, one of the country’s largest and busiest women’s hospitals. She then practiced for five years in Celebration, Florida, before moving to Naples to join the team at Women’s Healthcare Physicians of Naples. Dr. Hartmann provides a full range of care in obstetrics and gynecology with an interest in high-risk pregnancies, infertility, minimally invasive surgery, abnormal uterine bleeding, and contraception.

Dr. Farah Mahbub Hartmann is originally from Bangladesh but moved with her family to Georgia at a young age. While in college at the University of Georgia, her love for science and desire to serve others was found in the art of medicine. Having been exposed to poverty in her native country, she has always had a passion for providing quality healthcare to others.

Dr. Hartmann loves to travel and explore the different cultures around the world. In medical school at the Medical College of Georgia, she had the opportunity to travel to Peru on a medical mission trip aiding in the prevention of cervical cancer. This fueled her passion for women’s health, and she knew that she would be most fulfilled as an obstetrician-gynecologist.

Dr. Farah Mahbub Hartmann is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Outside of the office and hospital, Dr. Hartmann loves the outdoors and enjoys traveling with her family, hiking, and kayaking.

Dr. Susie Kupferman is a double Board Certified Urogynecologist and Gynecologist at Eastside Medical Park Women's Group. The doctor offers many personalized services to her patients, including treatment for prolapse, incontinence, frequent urination, painful intercourse, vaginal atrophy, fibroids, menopause, and heavy menstrual bleeding. At the facility, the doctor has the latest technological advancements available to help her make the most accurate diagnosis possible. Michele Hakimian, MD, is a board-certified gynecologist and co-founder at Progressive Care for Women in downtown Chicago. Dr. Hakimian brings over 20 years of experience to the practice.

Dr. Hakimian received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, where she was named Chief Resident. She is now an attending physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

About Dr. Karen F. Brodman, MD

Karen F. Brodman, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN committed to providing quality gynecology care to women of all ages. At her office in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York, Dr. Brodman treats various gynecological conditions. She has a particular interest in treating vulvar disorders, colposcopy, abnormal bleeding, and pelvic pain. She is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) with expertise in menopause and perimenopause issues.

After years of private practice on the Upper East Side of New York City, she is thrilled to be working in her new Upper West Side practice location. Dr. Brodman’s expertise is only solidified by her accolades, including board certification in obstetrics and gynecology, being a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG), and being a published author.

Dr. Brodman received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at Douglass College at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. From there, she went on to complete her residency training at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Dr. Brodman is a member of the voluntary faculty and is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, New York, where she remains active in ongoing medical education. Rebekah Korine graduated from the NYU Nursing Program and the SUNY Downstate Midwifery Education Program, where she received both the Clinical and Academic Excellence Awards. Rebekah worked as a nurse in the Labor and Delivery Unit at Maimonides Medical Center while attending midwifery school. Rebekah began her midwifery career at the Williamsburg office of Boro Park OB/GYN in 2005. Rebekah has been providing exceptional care at Boro Park OB/GYN for the past ten years, and she thoroughly enjoys working with the diverse community of Brooklyn.

Dr. Miguel Martinez has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 1983. He provides gynecological services, pregnancy and labor care to OB/GYN patients of all ages at Femhealth Group, located in Miramar, Florida.

Dr. Martinez earned his medical degree at Santiago de Compostela University in Spain. He completed his internship in pediatrics at Miami’s Variety Children’s Hospital and finished his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Laura April Gago, MD, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility
specialist, as well as the medical director of Gago Center for Fertility, serving the
Midwest.

After graduating from medical school at the University of California at San Diego, Dr.
Gago returned to Ann Arbor to complete her obstetrics and gynecology residency at
the University of Michigan.

Following her residency, Dr. Gago went on to complete a fellowship at Wayne State
University in Detroit, a three year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and
infertility there she ultimately accepted an assistant clinical professor position. Just
one year later, Dr. Gago became the University of Michigan In Vitro Fertilization Medical Director, during which time she developed the Fertility Preservation Program and the Donor Oocyte Program.

Dr. Gago’s goal was always to have the freedom to provide state-of-the-art fertility

Dr. Karroll Payne is a Board-Certified Gynecologist. Her clinical expertise includes preventative medicine from adolescence through menopause, up-to-date birth control options, abnormal PAP tests, abnormal bleeding, infertility evaluations, cancer screening, pediatric gynecology, hormone therapy, and cosmetic gynecology. Karroll Payne, MD, received her Bachelor of Science in biological engineering from Louisiana State University. She completed her Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Payne earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Christiana Care Hospital. She is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Kimberly McGowan, MD, has been an OB/GYN at Women’s Health Specialists, PLLC, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, for 19 years as one of the founding partners. Her fields of interest include all aspects of general obstetrical and gynecological care, including annual health maintenance and prenatal care, as well as gynecological in-office and hospital surgeries. She is pleased to offer the newest technology to manage problems with minimally invasive surgery, including robotic hysterectomy.

She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in biology. Dr. McGowan attended medical school at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio, and completed her residency at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. McGowan was born and raised in Cincinnati, where she met and married her husband, Rich. She practiced OB/GYN in Cincinnati for two years prior to relocating to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in 1998 in order to escape the city and be near her husband’s large family, who has been a part of the community for more than 30 years. 

Together, she and Rich have raised four children. They love their church, friends, and spending time with family. She considers it a privilege to participate in the care of her patients through all stages of their lives.
