I'm Dr. Lucia Cagnes, a board-certified gynecologist with over 30 years of experience in women’s health. My passion lies in empowering women to feel confident, healthy, and informed at every stage of life — both inside and out. In addition to providing full-scope gynecologic care, I specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments through our integrated medical spa services.

Dr. Cagnes graduated from Medical School in Italy in 1981. She completed her OBGYN residency in Italy in 1985, where she practiced until 1989. Upon getting married, she relocated to the U.S. in 1989 and became a U.S. Citizen in 1994. Dr. Cagnes completed two years of Family Practice Residency in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1994. In 1997, she completed her second residency at OBGYN in Rochester, New York. In 1997, she was awarded the position of "Clinical Instructor" at the University of Vanderbilt, Nashville, Tennessee. In 1999, Dr. Cagnes moved to beautiful Cape Cod to join the private practice of Dr. Skinner. She has been in solo practice at All Cape Gynecology since 2002. In 2010, Sorgente MedSpa was created as a trademark of All Cape Gynecology.

After completing her medical degree in both Italy and The United States, Dr. Cagnes founded All Cape Gynecology and Sorgente Medspa to offer a truly holistic approach to wellness — combining evidence-based medicine with safe, effective solutions to women’s health. 

At our practice, patients can expect compassionate gynecologic care alongside a curated menu of cosmetic services, including [e.g., Botox®, dermal fillers, laser treatments, vaginal rejuvenation, body contouring, skincare treatments.
