Dr. Ubom was born and raised in Calabar, Nigeria, and received a bachelor’s degree in radiography from the University of Calabar. Practicing radiography, Dr. Ubom didn’t feel like she was making the kind of impact on the lives of her patients that she wanted to, so she decided to redirect her career.
In 2007, Dr. Ubom moved to the United States to join her husband and decided to go to medical school. She completed her pre-medical studies and received another bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. She then attended the historical Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, where she received her medical degree. She recently completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology from Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. During her training, her research work received both departmental and network-wide awards for the best research project. She also received the Society for Academic Specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident Excellence Award.
Dr. Ubom is trained in obstetrics, gynecology, and minimally invasive surgery. She finds fulfillment in troubleshooting and solving complex medical issues alongside her patients. I'm Dr. Lucia Cagnes, a board-certified gynecologist with over 30 years of experience in women’s health. Dr. Cagnes graduated from Medical School in Italy in 1981. She completed her OBGYN residency in Italy in 1985, where she practiced until 1989. Upon getting married, she relocated to the U.S. in 1989 and became a U.S. Citizen in 1994. Dr. Cagnes completed two years of Family Practice Residency in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1994. In 1997, she completed her second residency at OBGYN in Rochester, New York. In 1997, she was awarded the position of "Clinical Instructor" at the University of Vanderbilt, Nashville, Tennessee. In 1999, Dr. Cagnes moved to beautiful Cape Cod to join the private practice of Dr. Skinner. She has been in solo practice at All Cape Gynecology since 2002. In 2010, Sorgente MedSpa was created as a trademark of All Cape Gynecology.

Our C.E.O. and founder Ms. S. Perry is a NCC Board Certified Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner who takes pride in the care she delivers with a special focus on your over-all patient satisfaction. She has over a decade of clinical experience in emergency medicine and women's healthcare, including a certification as a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) Registered Nurse. Dr. Glass is actively involved in medical, surgical, and evangelical missionary work and enjoys sharing her faith and talents with those in need. She considers it one of the greatest gifts of service she could offer another. When not caring for patients, Dr. Glass enjoys spending time with her family, running, camping, hiking, or competing in triathlons. She is an ultramarathoner, an Ironman, and a mother of three amazing kids.
Denise Furlong, MD is committed to offering patient-centered care for women from puberty through menopause, providing each patient with the information and guidance they need about their health at every stage of life so they can feel confident in their care. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology for diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders on site, helping to ensure patients receive the most appropriate care as quickly as possible.
After earning her bachelor's degree at the University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign, Dr. Furlong completed her medical degree, internship, and residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, followed by a fellowship at Illinois Urogynecology, Ltd. Today, she is one of only a handful of surgeons to have achieved board certification in both obstetrics-gynecology and female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
Denise Furlong, MD welcomes the opportunity to work with new patients, and the practice accepts most major medical insurance plans. Both English and Spanish are spoken at her practice.
LaKrystal J. Warren, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN at Contemporary Women's Care. She serves patients at the practice’s office in Winter Park, Florida. As an obstetrician, she provides comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. As a gynecologist, she offers many in-office and operative gynecology services, including Pap smears, well-woman exams, STD screenings, colposcopies, menopause care, ovarian cyst management, and hysterectomies.
Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Warren is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, and a medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida Shands Health Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. An Orlando native, Dr. Warren has enjoyed a lifetime of calling this community her home, and has been practicing in Florida since 2011. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, reading, and traveling.
