Yvette Gentry, M.D. is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology practicing at East Bay Women’s Health in Oakland and Alameda, California. I received my residency and fellowship training at two leading academic medical centers, where I developed a strong foundation in delivering compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based care. My clinical practice encompasses the full spectrum of general gynecology, with a particular focus on the management of complex conditions such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and chronic pelvic pain.
As a graduate of an AAGL-accredited fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, I am dedicated to offering advanced medical and surgical treatment options tailored to each patient’s needs. I specialize in minimally invasive surgical techniques—including both laparoscopic and robotic-assisted procedures—which allow for shorter recovery times, less postoperative discomfort, and a quicker return to daily life.
