She has over a decade of clinical experience in emergency medicine and women's healthcare, including a certification as a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) Registered Nurse. Ms. Perry completed her undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University (State College, PA) and obtained her graduate degree from The SUNY Downstate Medical Center (Brooklyn, NY). She is not only the C.E.O. of our practice, but she has also worked for clinics in underserved communities and as a registered nurse at NYU Langone Medical Center. Ms. Perry believes that all women should have the opportunity to be properly and thoroughly educated on the fundamentals of their bodies. With patience and compassion, she also strives to provide a holistic experience that transcends medical boundaries.

Dr. Lu began her educational journey at the Peking University Health Science Center in Beijing, China, where she earned both MD and Ph.D. degrees. She then completed Ob/Gyn residency training and worked as an attending physician at the third hospital of Peking University. Dr. Lu then moved to Houston to pursue her postdoctoral research fellowship training, initially at the breast cancer center at Baylor College of Medicine and subsequently at the Department of Gynecologic Oncology and Reproductive Medicine at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center. After this Dr. Lu decided to go back to her first love, which was direct patient care, specializing in women’s health. Dr. Lu completed Ob/Gyn residency training at the McGovern Medical School in Houston and Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York. Sarah Tucker received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from OSF St. Francis College of Nursing in Peoria, IL. Her nursing career began in central Illinois until she relocated to Southern Illinois with her husband. She enjoyed working in labor and delivery, nursery, and postpartum care. In 2014, she earned her Master of Science specializing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. Caring for women in private practice obstetrics and gynecology offices has been her privilege over the last 9 years. Her primary area of focus has become gynecology. She gained additional certifications as a fracture liaison specialist to manage women with osteoporosis, as well as additional training as a colposcopist for abnormal PAP testing. She promotes preventative health and wellness and enjoys educating patients. Sarah lives in Tremont with her husband and their two daughters. She enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family.

Pedro R. Mastrodomenico, MD, is a highly accomplished physician specializing in OB/GYN and General Surgery. In obstetrics, his group’s work in ultrasonography to predicate preterm labor was published and received several awards. In the area of infertility and endocrinology, Dr. Navizadeh's works contributed to the understanding of the effects of an embryo’s size and quality in the process of in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Dr. Navizadeh completed the prestigious Galloway fellowship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. There, he had the opportunity to advance his surgical skills in complex gynecological operations in addition to learning the latest laparoscopic and endoscope techniques.

Dr. Navizadeh has also expanded his interest to urogynecology and pelvic surgery. In southern California, he pioneered the use of the new Transopturator Sling procedure for treating female urinary incontinence.

LaKrystal J. Warren, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN at Contemporary Women's Care. She serves patients at the practice’s office in Winter Park, Florida. As an obstetrician, she provides comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. As a gynecologist, she offers many in-office and operative gynecology services, including Pap smears, well-woman exams, STD screenings, colposcopies, menopause care, ovarian cyst management, and hysterectomies.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Staci McHale is a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN who takes pride in giving personalized care. Her approach is deeply rooted in getting to know her patients as individuals and she considers it a privilege to be part of their most significant life moments. She believes in spending ample time with her patients and encourages active participation in decision-making regarding their care. Having shared in the births of more than 8,000 babies, Dr. McHale finds immense joy and satisfaction in her career.

Dr. McHale’s journey into medicine began in college as an emergency room technician where she discovered her passion for healthcare. This passion led her to medical school where she was drawn to women’s health. It provided an opportunity for her to care for patients over their lifespan, build lasting connections with them, celebrate with them, support them through difficult times, and offer educated solutions to their medical issues.

While delivering babies initially captivated her, the evolving field of gynecologic surgery and treatments solidified her choice to pursue Obstetrics and Gynecology as a specialty. She became robotics-certified after fifteen years of practice and is currently studying to become a menopause-certified practitioner (MSCP), with plans to sit for the exam in October 2024.

Recognized for her experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, Dr. McHale consistently delivers quality care to those with complicated conditions. She also has a special interest in helping women navigate the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, offering unique expertise honed over years of practice.

Dr. McHale is active in medical association leadership, serving as the president of the Clark County Medical Society from 2021-2022 as well as other leadership roles for the past decade. In 2021, she was awarded the Community Service Award from the Nevada State Medical Association for leading the “Mask A Hero” project during the COVID-19 pandemic. An associate faculty member for the Sunrise Health Consortium GME program, she has trained more than 25 future family practice physicians at Southern Hills Hospital since 2021.

Dr. McHale has been practicing in Southern Nevada since 2008, following her medical education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and residency at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Having spent her clinical years in El Paso, TX, Dr. McHale is proficient in medical Spanish.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. McHale and her husband, Tim, enjoy RV adventures, boating at Lake Mead, and participating in the St. Jude Marathon Weekend in support of their niece Scout, a brain cancer survivor. They are proud pet parents to two cats and love spending time with their five nieces and nephews. Dr. McHale also enjoys reading mystery novels, learning about wine, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights.

Dr. McHale is originally from central Texas, and went to medical school at Texas Tech University.  She then moved to Pennsylvania for residency, and met her husband there.  They decided to move west after she finished residency, and Las Vegas was the perfect match for them!   She was employed by a group practice for four years, and started her own practice, WHASN Sunset Valley, in January 2013.  In her time outside of her practice, Dr. McHale enjoys curling up with a good book, exploring the many wonderful culinary opportunities that Las Vegas has to offer, and learning about the art of winemaking.

Medha Amin MD, FACOG, is a highly-skilled and board-certified gynecologist at Midwest Women Obstetrician/Gynecologist Ltd in Downers Grove, Illinois. Theresa Conyac, MD, FACOG, is an obstetrician and gynecologist, and the founder of Glow Obstetrics & Gynecology in Rockwall, Texas. Dr. Conyac is devoted to ensuring the appropriate care for women and offers comprehensive solutions in a welcoming, non-judgemental environment.

Dr. Conyac started as a volunteer candy striper at a Chicago hospital when she was just 13 years old, working in the postpartum unit. She completed medical training at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, with a special interest in the historical marks of internal medicine.
