Dr. Navizadeh completed the prestigious Galloway fellowship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. LaKrystal J. Warren, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN at Contemporary Women's Care. She serves patients at the practice’s office in Winter Park, Florida. With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Staci McHale is a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN who takes pride in giving personalized care. Her approach is deeply rooted in getting to know her patients as individuals and she considers it a privilege to be part of their most significant life moments. She believes in spending ample time with her patients and encourages active participation in decision-making regarding their care. Having shared in the births of more than 8,000 babies, Dr. McHale finds immense joy and satisfaction in her career.

Dr. McHale’s journey into medicine began in college as an emergency room technician where she discovered her passion for healthcare. This passion led her to medical school where she was drawn to women’s health. It provided an opportunity for her to care for patients over their lifespan, build lasting connections with them, celebrate with them, support them through difficult times, and offer educated solutions to their medical issues.

While delivering babies initially captivated her, the evolving field of gynecologic surgery and treatments solidified her choice to pursue Obstetrics and Gynecology as a specialty. She became robotics-certified after fifteen years of practice and is currently studying to become a menopause-certified practitioner (MSCP), with plans to sit for the exam in October 2024.

Recognized for her experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, Dr. McHale consistently delivers quality care to those with complicated conditions. She also has a special interest in helping women navigate the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, offering unique expertise honed over years of practice.

Dr. McHale is active in medical association leadership, serving as the president of the Clark County Medical Society from 2021-2022 as well as other leadership roles for the past decade. An associate faculty member for the Sunrise Health Consortium GME program, she has trained more than 25 future family practice physicians at Southern Hills Hospital since 2021.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. McHale and her husband, Tim, enjoy RV adventures, boating at Lake Mead, and participating in the St. Jude Marathon Weekend in support of their niece Scout, a brain cancer survivor. They are proud pet parents to two cats and love spending time with their five nieces and nephews. Dr. McHale also enjoys reading mystery novels, learning about wine, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights.

Dr. McHale is originally from central Texas, and went to medical school at Texas Tech University.  She then moved to Pennsylvania for residency, and met her husband there.  They decided to move west after she finished residency, and Las Vegas was the perfect match for them!   She was employed by a group practice for four years, and started her own practice, WHASN Sunset Valley, in January 2013.  In her time outside of her practice, Dr. McHale enjoys curling up with a good book, exploring the many wonderful culinary opportunities that Las Vegas has to offer, and learning about the art of winemaking.

Theresa Conyac, MD, FACOG, is an obstetrician and gynecologist, and the founder of Glow Obstetrics & Gynecology in Rockwall, Texas. Dr. Conyac is devoted to ensuring the appropriate care for women and offers comprehensive solutions in a welcoming, non-judgemental environment.

Dr. Conyac started as a volunteer candy striper at a Chicago hospital when she was just 13 years old, working in the postpartum unit. She completed medical training at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, with a special interest in the historical marks of internal medicine. 

She completed her OB/GYN residency at AMITA Health Saint Francis Hospital in Chicago, where her outstanding work earned her the first Certificate of Obstetric Excellence by the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. During her residency, Dr. Conyac also earned the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons and was first to incorporate da Vinci® robotics into the resident training program.

In addition to her patient-centered care at Glow Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Conyac serves as the director of women’s services at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Lake Pointe in Rowlett, Texas, and the OB/GYN hospitalist and emergency service team lead.

Dr. Conyac enjoys spending her free time with her rescue dogs, reading a good book, trying unique foods, riding horses, gardening, and painting.

Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Melinda Miller-Thrasher, MD, has over 25 years of experience in her field. She proudly serves patients at Innovative Women's HealthCare Solutions in Smyrna and Atlanta, Georgia. Her practice has grown to include The Fibroid and Reproductive Care Center, Innovative Diagnostics, Innovative Surgical Arts, and Innovative Concierge Services.

Dr. Miller-Thrasher was born and raised in Harlem and is one of seven brothers and sisters. She credits her mother, her grandmother, and the Lord for her perseverance, and her older brothers’ guidance in her decision to pursue medicine. She chose to pursue OB/GYN so she could have an early impact on young women’s health and a life-long impact on the children they bear.  

She studied at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, graduating with a major in biology and a minor in nutritional sciences before completing her residency training at New York University. She was recruited to join the faculty of Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, as an assistant professor, where she taught and trained students and residents. Although no longer a full-time faculty member, she continues her passion for teaching by mentoring pre-med students, as well as Emory University School of Medicine medical students and residents. She is active in Atlanta Medical Association, PAUSE program, and Morehouse and Spelman pre-health programs. 

Dr. Miller-Thrasher was competitively selected to receive advanced training in a one-year clinical fellowship through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery at the nationally-acclaimed and busiest cosmetic surgery practice in the country, Southern Surgical Arts. During her fellowship training, she focused specifically on all aspects of general cosmetic surgery and aesthetic procedures of the face, body, and breast. She assisted in the care of thousands of women and took part in more than 1,000 cosmetic surgical procedures of the face, neck, breast, and body. 

Her years of gynecologic surgery experience, along with her cutting-edge formal clinical fellowship training in cosmetic surgery and award-winning bedside manner, make her uniquely qualified to artfully transform her patients into a more beautiful version of their natural selves.

Her inclusion in Essence magazine’s feature on “Gynecologists You Love,” as well as being a Patient’s Choice Award recipient, serves as an abbreviated testament to the care she provides. Dr. Dacha received both her undergraduate degree and her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati. She also completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, so she’s a Bearcat through and through.

Dr. Dacha has spent time as an Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, and also cared for patients at Mount Carmel Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, while her husband completed his medical training. She’s now excited to call Orlando her home.

Faina Akselrod, MD, FACOG, FACS, is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. At Advanced Gynecology & Surgery in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn, New York. She focuses on providing individualized gynecologic care to women of all ages.

Dr. Akselrod earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York, Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn before going on to receive training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Nassau University Medical Center.

Shortly after completing her training, Dr. Akselrod was sought out to serve as the medical center’s director of family planning and colposcopy. Pamela K. Snook, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who works at Contemporary Women's Care in Lake Nona, Florida. Dr. Snook has been a practicing physician for over 15 years. During this time, she has garnered a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including hysterectomies, and office gynecology such as pap smears, STI testing, and colposcopy.
