Jacqueline Elyse Kohl, MD, is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist at Philadelphia Women's Health & Wellness in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Patrick Allen understands the unique healthcare needs of the local community. He dedicates his life’s work to providing superior gynecology care to the women of Texas. Dr. Allen has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, especially robotic-assisted surgery and hormone replacement therapy. He is the Director of the Robotics program at North Hills Hospital.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M in 1981 and awarded his Doctor of Medicine in 1995 from the University of Texas Health Science Center. He completed his four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Oklahoma University Health Science Center.

She then made her way back to Florida and completed her residency at UCF/HCA Orlando OBGYN at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she served as the academic chief resident. 

Dr. Bestoyong is excited to partner with and advocate for her patient’s health and wellness. Dr. Pemberton is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her training includes general laparoscopic and robotic gynecology surgery for procedures such as myomectomy, hysterectomy, and ovarian pathology.
