Dr. Liza Lizarraga is a graduate from the Universidad Latina de Panama in the Republic of Panama. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morristown Medical Center-Atlantic Health System, an affiliate of Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. At this institution she was trained in minimally invasive surgery and gynecologic robotic surgery.

Dr. Lizarraga also has a Masters Degree in Public Health from Columbia University in New York City and is currently involved in volunteer work with a non-for-profit organization that addresses female health and gynecologic disorders in underserved women in Haiti. When she’s not working in the office, Dr. Mills enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their two golden doodles, Scarlet and Dr. Sheldon Cooper. She also loves to hike, travel, and read.
