When she’s not working in the office, Dr. Mills enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their two golden doodles, Scarlet and Dr. Sheldon Cooper. She also loves to hike, travel, and read.
Dr. Haley Spotts is a dedicated OB/GYN at Women's Health Services, proudly serving women in Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas. She is driven by a passion for partnering with women to ensure their well-being.
Dr. Spotts was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She then moved to San Antonio, where she earned her medical degree at the Long School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2019. She finished her residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 2023 at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, TX.
She is excited to return to the DFW area and is honored to serve the women of Arlington. Dr. Spotts takes the time with each patient to ensure their comfort and individualize their care. She is dedicated to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing her patients with excellent care in obstetrics and gynecology. Her professional interests include adolescent gynecology, obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Spotts lives with her husband, Chris. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and spoiling her French bulldog, Louis.
“The doctor was kind and professional, but the waiting time was very disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early, as recommended, but I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 25 minutes alone in the exam room before being seen.
It feels unfair that if a patient is even one minute late, the appointment can be canceled, but when you arrive on time (even early), you’re kept waiting for over an hour with no explanation. It shows a lack of respect for the patient’s time.”
