Hazel Parrish, LCADC, ICADC, BIP, is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor, author, and the founder and owner of Bridge the Gap Addiction and Mental Health Services, PLLC, in Louisville, Kentucky. She offers compassionate counseling services in group and individual settings and facilitates intensive outpatient treatment programs and residential treatment. She also oversees recovery programs, including Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).
After detailed assessments, Hazel guides patients through the process of recovery with a holistic and integrative approach.
In her personal life, Hazel is a mother to two children and a grandmother of eight. She is also active in her church as an assistant minister. She is currently working on expanding her practice to California while also working on new projects here in Louisville.

Melissa Neill, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner offering telehealth appointments to patients throughout the state of Florida at Lewis Family Psychiatry in Wellington.
