Romer Mosquera, MD, is a board-certified neurologist at Neuroclinics in Miami, Florida. A native Spanish speaker, Dr. Mosquera is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and has been in practice for over two decades. With his vast knowledge in clinical neurology and interventional pain management, Dr. Mosquera implements a boutique medicine approach to care and ensures each patient gets customized treatment tailored specifically to their needs. He has broad experience diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of neurological conditions, including headaches, stroke, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular disorders, dementia, and peripheral nerve disorders.
Dr. Mosquera completed his medical degree at the Central University of Venezuela. Dr. Mosquera returned to Venezuela to work at INNAP for two years, providing neurological care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Dr. St. John has been in private practice in West Houston/Memorial since 2006. Carter Richards, MD, is an experienced neurologist with a calling to work with children. Robert J. Friedman, M.D. is triple board-certified in Neurology, Pain Management, and Neuromuscular Medicine. Dr. Friedman has special interests and expertise in nerve and muscle problems (pinched nerves, neuropathy, muscle spasm, and nerve testing), and chronic pain (back pain, fibromyalgia, RSD/CRPS, headache, neuropathic pain).
