Jeanne Nicholson is a board certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in August of 2018. Ms. Nicholson did her psychiatric residency at the Veterans Health Administration in Birmingham, AL, working with veterans with mood and anxiety disorders. A native Spanish speaker, Dr. Mosquera is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and has been in practice for over two decades. Carter Richards, MD, is an experienced neurologist with a calling to work with children. Through his practice at Texas Pediatric Specialties and Family Sleep Center, Dr. Richards is able to create meaningful change in the lives of families from in and around the Alamo Heights, Shavano Park, and Lockhill-Selma areas of San Antonio, Texas.
Education has always been a central part of Dr. Richards’ life. He first became interested in medicine while working as a dialysis patient care technician. He pursued his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri and remained there to finish his residency.
Dr. Richards is also board certified in neurology and holds special qualifications in pediatric neurology. While completing his training, Dr. Richards enjoyed sharing his knowledge through various instructor roles. He has also lectured trainees on numerous pediatric neurology topics.

Dr. Friedman has special interests and expertise in nerve and muscle problems (pinched nerves, neuropathy, muscle spasm, and nerve testing), and chronic pain (back pain, fibromyalgia, RSD/CRPS, headache, neuropathic pain).
