In 2004, Dr. Gross earned her Bachelors degree in Sociology from Buffalo State University, providing her with a deep understanding of social structures, healthcare disparities, and human behavior—key insights that would later shape her leadership in healthcare innovation.
In 2008, she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northeast College of Health Sciences, further expanding her expertise in musculoskeletal health and holistic patient care. The following year, she obtained a Masters degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences, strengthening her knowledge of preventative care & integrative wellness
Throughout my whole time in Chiropractic school I learned as many different techniques and treatment plans as I could so that no matter the issue I could help my patients to the best of my ability.
Outside of practice I am a dog mom, a cosplayer, play music, sew, and am an avid gamer. I also love horseback riding and used to be in the competitive show jumper circuit.
My goal is to change the way patients are treated in the healthcare system, to educate my patients and to empower them; also to be an advocate for my patients to get the best care possible and to help them achieve their goals.
Some of the things I specialize in is NIMMO protocol, headache treatment, Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet syndrome, as well as sports injuries for kids. I do spinal checks for kids, and have treated kids as young as 5 weeks old. I treat all ages, and even with underlying conditions I will work with you to find the providers needed to be on your "team" to help you improve your life.
