Vincent Circosta, DDS, is a dentist at Bay Dental in the St. George and Great Kills areas of Staten Island, New York, who has a passion for educating patients on the value of great oral hygiene. He’s committed to clear communication with his patients and listens attentively to their concerns, goals, and expectations. 

Dr. Circosta completed his dental education at Touro College of Dental Medicine in Valhalla, New York, where he earned a spot on the Dean’s list for academic achievement alongside several excellence awards. He then completed a general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. 

At Bay Dental, Dr. Circosta routinely provides dental services using state-of-the-art digital technology. Dr. Rifkin is a member of the American Dental Association and received her fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). Providing pro bono services to community health centers, Dr. Rifkin began her commitment to the community while receiving her education. She has traveled to Guatemala to help treat patients with limited access to care. She is passionate about continuing education and has studied at the Pankey Institute and Spear Education.

When Dr. Rifkin isn’t at work or studying new dental techniques, she enjoys skiing, golf, and tennis and spending time with her husband, two boys, and their dog, Theo.

Erika Donovan, DMD, sees patients at both Rifkin Dental locations in Yorktown Heights and Carmel, New York. For the past ten years, Dr. Donovan has treated patients with a variety of dental health concerns, and those experiences have guided her to create compassionate dental care.

Since childhood, Dr. Erika Donovan has always had the desire to become a dentist. She spent many hours shadowing, volunteering, and immersing herself in the field before focusing her education on achieving this goal. Dr. Donovan was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, before she went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida. Dr. Donovan then ventured north to Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Upon receiving her dental degree, she completed a General Practice residency at the New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, providing further training in general and cosmetic dentistry.

To maintain the highest quality of care for each patient, she continues to challenge herself with a rigorous level of continuing education focusing on cosmetics, full mouth rehabilitations, and updated material sciences. Dr. Donovan loves traveling to Scottsdale, Arizona, to study at the Spear Institute.

With her extensive training and years of experience, Dr. Donovan offers compassionate and quality expertise in restorative dentistry, Invisalign, implantology, rehabilitative dentistry, and esthetics while always focusing on preventive maintenance and overall oral wellness.

James Martyniak, DDS, FAGD, FICOI, at Rifkin Dental is committed to providing quality dental services to the Yorktown Heights and Carmel areas of New York. Before joining the Rifkin Dental team in 2004, Dr. Martyniak attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Martyniak then completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.

Born and raised in Westchester County, Dr. Patel continued to Binghamton University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Neuroscience. During this time, he shadowed and volunteered at local and abroad dental clinics in Haiti, which confirmed his passion for dentistry. 

Dr. Patel received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry, where he realized his interest in cosmetic and surgical dentistry. He returned to Westchester County to pursue a General Practice Residency at Westchester Medical Center to further his didactic education and clinical skills. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association. 

Since completing his formal education, Dr. Patel has continued to be a lifelong learner with continuing education courses to provide his patients with the most quality, modern, and esthetic treatment options.
