Dr. Oestreicher graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and interned at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
Dr. Oestreicher completed his residency in dermatology at UCLA Health Sciences Center, where he was among the first to use fillers, such as Juvéderm®.

Lisa Gavronsky, PA-C is a licensed Physician Assistant and 2014 Cum Laude graduate of Touro College's masters PA program. She also earned a BS in Marketing from Rutgers Business School. Alexander Fogel, MD, is a highly-skilled dermatologist serving patients at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Trumbull and Westport, Connecticut.
Dr. Fogel is double board certified in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (a.k.a. Mohs). He heads our surgical and reconstructive dermatology practice, which encompasses Mohs surgery, as well surgery for melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and benign lesions, such as lipomas and cysts.
Dr. Fogel was educated and trained at Caltech, Stanford, and Yale. He remains a clinical faculty member at the Yale University Department of Dermatology, and is responsible for educating dermatologists in training. He is also an accomplished researcher, with more than 50 published articles, chapters, and presentations at venues that include the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Journal of the American Medical Association, the New England Journal of Medicine Catalyst, the Harvard Business Review, and the Wall Street Journal. He has also served as an investigator for multiple clinical trials, ranging from pharmaceutical to basic science research.
Dr. Fogel has received numerous national and local honors and awards, including the President's Volunteer Service Award, the Gold Humanism in Medicine Honor Society Award, the Yale Hospital All for One Award, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Scholarship. He has received grants from the American Skin Association and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and he is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Royal Society of Medicine, and the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
Clinically, Dr. Fogel's interests are broad and include medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. During medical school at Stanford, he founded a free clinic for patients without health insurance and maintained a longitudinal pediatric dermatology clinic. During residency at Yale, Dr. Fogel was the resident lead for surgical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology, managing resident education in these areas.
Outside of work, Dr. Fogel is happily married and has three children. He loves exploring New England, partaking in the culture of our nearby cities, and working on his small farm.
Brooke Hatfield, PA-C, is a board certified Physician Assistant. At Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Derby and Trumbull, she provides compassionate, high quality care to all of her patients.
Brooke graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison followed by her Master’s degree of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University.
Brooke previously worked in dermatology and aesthetics in the Chicagoland area since graduating from Physician Assistant school in 2020. Her passion for dermatology drives her to continuously educate herself on new research and treatments, and she specializes in treating a variety of skin conditions including eczema, pre-cancerous lesions, and acne. Brooke also has extensive cosmetic training in Botox, Juvaderm, microneedling, and the laser treatment of blood vessels and hair removal.
Providing care to underserved populations is very important to Brooke. While in PA school, she spent time on a Navajo reservation in New Mexico providing assistance in general surgery, educating patients about chronic illness, and providing care in a wound clinic. She will continue to pursue opportunities to provide for those in need as a new resident of Connecticut.
Jason Wilder, DO, is a board-certified dermatologist. At Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Trumbull and Westport, Connecticut, he provides patients with compassionate and effective care.
Dr. Wilder graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in biology. He trained at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his internship at Suncoast Hospital. Dr. Wilder completed his residency in dermatology at St. Barnabas Hospital.

Jeremy Moss, MD, PhD, is a compassionate board-certified dermatologist serving men and women in Bridgeport, Connecticut and surrounding Fairfield County. Robert Ecker, MD, FAAD, is an experienced, board-certified dermatologist serving patients at Integrated Dermatology of Groton in Groton, Connecticut.
Dr. Ecker earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Colorado. After which, he worked in pharmaceutical research for nearly 10 years. Through his time in research, Dr. Ecker knew his rightful place was working directly with patients.
He returned to school at the University of Washington in Seattle, earning his medical degree, and completed his internship at the Virginia Mason Hospital. Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. She then attended Touro College for a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies, where she received the Leadership, Academic, and Clinical Achievement awards upon graduation.

Sherry H. Hsiung, MD, is a board-certified dermatologic surgeon at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®). Dr. Hsiung also practices general and cosmetic dermatology at SINY’s® three New York City–area offices, in the city’s West Village and in the Bay Ridge and Park Slope areas of Brooklyn, New York.
At the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Dr. Hsiung earned undergraduate degrees in both biology and chemical engineering, graduating with honors. While earning her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School in Philadelphia, she was a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She then completed her residency in dermatology at New York University School of Medicine in New York City, serving as chief resident.
Dr. Hsiung retains active memberships in the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and she has lectured on dermatology topics at local and national conferences. Ronald R. Brancaccio, MD, founded the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®) in 1979. He diagnoses and treats a wide variety of skin conditions at SINY’s® three offices in the West Village of New York City and the Bay Ridge and Park Slope areas of Brooklyn, New York.
After earning his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Brancaccio completed an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He then completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Brancaccio is board-certified in dermatology, and he is a clinical professor at New York University School of Medicine in New York City. When he’s not tending to patients at SINY® or teaching future dermatologists, he lectures on dermatology-related topics and has authored more than 40 scholarly publications, primarily on the subject of skin allergies.
Currently serving on the board of directors of the American Contact Dermatitis Society and the New York State Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Brancaccio has also served as president of the New York Dermatologic Society, the Bay Ridge Medical Society, and the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, He maintains active memberships in those professional organizations as well as the American Academy of Dermatology and the Annenberg Circle Committee for the Dermatology Foundation, which supports vital dermatology research. In addition, he is an honorary member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology and the Canadian Dermatology Association.

After earning a bachelor of arts degree from New York University in New York City, Dr. Saitta received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. He then completed his residency at Oakwood Seaway Hospital in Trenton, Michigan, in affiliation with Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. While in residency, Dr. Saitta served as chief resident and earned numerous national awards for academic excellence and leadership.
Dr. Saitta is an internationally recognized lecturer and published author on dermatology topics such as hair loss, acne, and the psychological effects of skin diseases. Dr. Saitta is an active member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and also serves as a national committee member for the dermatology resident in-service examination. Sydney Liang, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
