i tried therapy before and it was so discouraging, i wasn’t sure if i would ever try again. just within the first couple sessions with Holly has been a great expirence for me. she makes you feel super comfortable. she really listeShow morens, makes you feel heard, understood, she really cares, and she’s also very attentive. which all makes it so much more easy to open up and talk to her!

I highly recommend Onesha as a therapist!! She is incredibly supportive, understanding, and patient. When talking to Onesha, I feel genuinely heard and respected. She creates a safe, comfortable space where I can be open about my thoughts and emotions without judgment. You can tell she truly care about her clients and wants to help them grow.

Sara Flores is truly an angel! Has a way with words that encourage rethinking and reevaluation of one's self; resulting in (guided) conclusions. All while believing it was your idea in the first place! That's one of many things i value about her. (shes the only therapist I've met with more than once) and will continue doing so :) thanks Sara! My daughter and I love Haley Bowen. She has helped my daughter tremendously with understanding and processing her emotions.
