Meet Dr. Tejani
Nizar A. Tejani, MD, MPH, is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, making him both a primary care physician and a specialist.
Dr. Tejani has been serving his patients since 1993, when he first opened his medical practice in Stockbridge, Georgia.
Dr. Tejani earned an international scholarship from The Aga Khan Foundation, Geneva, to study at Yale University. He completed his Master’s in Public Health from Yale University School of Medicine. Before that, he received his Medical Degree from Jinnah Sind Medical University, graduating at the top of his class and earning the honor of Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Tejani completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Saint Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York. Following this, he completed his Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York.
Dr. Tejani has vast experience in treating a wide variety of medical conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid problems, weight issues, allergies, sinus issues, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, covid-19 infection, skin infections/ diabetic foot infections/ bone and joint infections/MRSA infections/ skin rashes, depression, anxiety, sleep problems, headaches, common gastrointestinal issues, urogenital infections, herpes, STDs, joint pain/Lyme’s disease, fatigue stress, physicals, recommendations on vaccinations, and cancer screenings. He also advises patients on developing optimal health and a sense of well-being.

Melissa Primrose, M.D. is board-certified family medicine physician. She graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1997 with a BS degree in Biology/PreMed. She went to obtain a Doctirate of Medicine from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA in 2001. Dr. Primrose completed her residency in Family Medicine at Atlanta Medical Center in 2004. She has experience treating patients in various settings including hospitals, out patient clinics, nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities. Tashinea Bernadin, DO, is a family medicine and women’s health provider, specializing in regenerative medicine. She sees patients at The Health Woman, which has locations in Snellville, Lawrenceville, and Atlanta East, Georgia. She grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, where she was very in touch with her Jamaican heritage.
Dr. Bernadin earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Georgia campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (Ga-PCOM) and completed her Family Medicine residency training at Northside Gwinnett Hospital (formerly Gwinnett Medical Center). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutritional Sciences from Florida State University.
