Jeremy Logsdon is the lead provider at Alva Health and Wellness and has been in the medical field since 2001. Jeremy is excited to offer Family Medical Services to his hometown of Alva. Since graduating Jeremy has provided excellent medical care for Alva and surrounding areas. Jeremy was nominated for the Citizens Choice Healthcare Professional in 2020. Upon graduation, Jeremy was recognized as The Outstanding Graduating Student, awarded by The University of Oklahoma College of Nursing. This is a very prestigious award and is only awarded to one student in the entire graduating class. Jeremy began his career as a Combat Medic in the OK Army National Guard and quickly advanced his career as a nurse at St. Mary's in Enid working in Medical Surgical Unit, Critical Care Unit, Orthopedics, and the Emergency Department. Jeremy has served in various roles that have helped develop his clinical knowledge over a 22 year career in healthcare. Private practice has been Jeremy's dream for years!
