Lin Sternlicht, LMHC, M.A., Ed.M, is an experienced and results-driven concierge therapist, coach, and family advisor. Lin completed her graduate work in clinical psychology and mental health counseling at Columbia University and is certified in Neurolinguistic Programming and Ericksonian Hypnosis. She is also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and mindfulness techniques. Her extensive experience working with individuals suffering from substance use disorders, as well as digital dependencies and the family conflicts that arise as a result, provides her with deep understanding, compassion, and sensitivity in treating the complications associated with addiction, including crisis intervention, conflict resolution with family members, discernment counseling, divorce, and co-parenting issues.
Lin’s comprehensive and holistic approach to managing today’s most pressing issues, including burnout, anxiety, depression, ADHD, personal/family conflict, and addiction, produces significant personal growth and meaningful long-term change.
