Erick Suarez, APRN, is the chief clinical officer at Pineapple Healthcare in Orlando, Florida. Erick is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than five years of experience working with LGBTQ individuals.
After earning his bachelor of science in nursing at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, Florida, Erick completed his master of science in Nursing at Kaplan University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Erick is an HIV/AIDS care specialist and a member of the American Academy of HIV. Dedicated to providing his patients the best care possible, Erick attended a post-graduate continuing education course in transgender care at Harvard School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.
Erick is certified in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), and pediatric life support (PLS) by the American Heart Association (AHA). He’s also fluent in English and Spanish.
When not at the office, Erick enjoys visiting the local theme park and relaxing at home.

Eliza is originally from Puerto Rico and has 15 years of RN experience in progressive care units, intensive care units, and women’s care.
Eliza has a son and two spoiled dogs. Outside of her responsibilities at Pineapple Healthcare, Eliza loves the beach, sun, and dogs! Her favorite dessert is a good moist-sweet-fudgy chocolate cake.

I was born in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and graduated from the University of Turabo in the summer of 2017. Shortly after I moved to the lovely city of Tampa where I have provided medical care to our veterans, retirees, immigrants and the families of the Hillsborough-Pasco counties. I decided to start a healthcare career because from a young age I understood that my vocation was to help those in need, specifically the poor and the sick. A good day at work means that our primary care team was able to deliver great care to those in suffering from acute illnesses and when I able to educate our patients on the ways they can change their lifestyles in order to improve their overall health. I have a team minded work ethic, centered the application of efficient practices in the delivery of quality care. When I take off my coat, I enjoy spending time with my family, joining in outdoor activities, exercising, and studying history.

Allison was born in Germany and raised primarily overseas with her military family. She attended Christopher Newport University in Virginia, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics. Allison graduated with honors with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University (Orlando Campus) in 2022.
Throughout her career, Allison has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from her professional experience in primary care. She has always had a passion for Women’s Health and is very excited to provide care for women!
Allison and her husband have three amazing children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family and kitties. Allison is very excited to have found her professional home with Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology!
