Nicole Schertell, ND, is a licensed naturopathic doctor and founder of Thrive Med Spa & Wellness in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In 2009, Dr. Schertell opened Vibrant Health Medical Center, which is located in the same building directly above their spa.
