Yuanying (Alex) Liang is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her master’s degree in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in California and her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Valdosta State University in Georgia. Education has always shaped Dr. Panesar’s path. He earned his medical degree at Dayanand Medical College in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Upon arriving in the United States, he completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Panesar’s professional areas of interest include geriatrics, diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, and depression. He enjoys exploring how a naturopathic approach can enhance health and wellness through lifestyle changes.
