I was a nurse for 15 years and went back to school to become a nurse practitioner because I wanted to make a difference. In my office, it's a priority that patients feel heard and cared for. I never want someone to leave my office thinking, "she's just like every other provider I have seen, and she didn't listen to a single word I said." I want patients to know that I care for them the same way I want someone to take care of my child. Patient care should be personalized and not a one size fits all.
“She actually LISTENS and gets to the bottom of the problem you're having, her staff are very friendly and on top of things! I have never felt comfortable with any kind of medical professional in my life until I scheduled my first appointment with her 2 years ago!”
