Dr. Pierre maintains active medical licenses across multiple U.S. states, enabling nationwide telemedicine practice and supporting the Company’s multi-state service delivery model. His clinical experience spans high-acuity emergency departments, critical access hospitals, ICU-capable facilities, and inpatient hospital medicine settings. Irene Diakogeorgios is a licensed registered pharmacist. Upon receiving her degree from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy, Long Island University, Brooklyn in 1991 Irene services the Astoria/Long Island City community for over thirty years. Through a personalized approach and strong community ties with physicians and other health care providers, Irene continues to educate patients on their well being with courtesy, kindness, and respect.
Board-certified radiologist David Payne, MD, provides diagnostic radiology services to people of all ages at All County Radiology, his practice in the Fresh Meadows neighborhood of Queens. Dr. Payne offers comprehensive imaging services in New York City, including traumatic brain imaging, workers’ compensation, and no-fault accident cases.
Dr. Payne received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Pennsylvania, then graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from Howard University School of Medicine in Washington, DC.
After finishing a residency in diagnostic radiology at New York Medical College at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York (in New York City), he completed an internal medicine internship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Ashraf Salem (Ash) is the Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer of BKUC. At BKUC, Ash overseas our clinical processes and continuous improvement required to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. He spends his time with patients, mentoring and developing our clinical staff and developing the most effective patient experience support by in-house proprietary technology enablers.
Dr. Salem graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CCNY and attended medical school at Mount Sinai. After graduating he went on to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at Brooklyn Hospital Center and was Board Certified in 2004. He continued to practice emergency medicine and became an Assistant Professor at Kings County/SUNY Downstate from 2003-2009. Dr. Salem founded Brooklyn Urgent Care in 2006.
Our nurse practitioner Victoria graduated from Wagner College with her Bachelors in Nursing in 2012 and her Masters of Science degree with a concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. Victoria worked as a nurse for ten years at Staten Island University Hospital on the telemetry and med surg units and she also worked at Edgar Nursing Home. Victoria joined our team in January 2022 and has since trained under Dr. Giovinazzo and has established herself as an essential part of our team.
