Gigi earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of PIttsburgh. While at the University of Pittsburgh Gigi was a fellow for the Center for Race and Social Problems. Gigi's field work and experience focused on exploring intersections within different identities and identifying how work in the social work field can contribute to a more equitable society.

Elizabeth Latsos, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker and licensed psychotherapist providing a safe space and exceptional therapy practices. Elizabeth serves patients at Rappore, a therapy services and medication management practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York.
Elizabeth listens to every concern and compassionately addresses each one to personalize mental health care. She believes an empathetic approach is best while implementing clinically proven therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York. She quickly moved into a graduate program at New York University Silver School of Social Work, where she received a Master of Social Work.
As a part of her educational program, Elizabeth had hands-on learning directly in the field as a social worker. She worked at New York City schools for two years, helping kids and teenagers with their mental health. After graduation, Elizabeth was a psychotherapist for Equality Mental Health and Collaborative Therapy.

Elisa Kim, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker and a therapist at Rappore, a therapy services and medication management practice based on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York. She performs evidence-based therapies, like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to help people thrive and improve their lives. Elisa creates a safe environment so everyone can feel comfortable expressing concerns regarding trauma, interpersonal relationships, mood and anxiety disorders, and more.
Elisa obtained a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Before pursuing her passion as a psychotherapist, she worked as an editor at Alloy Media and a digital content manager at Nickelodeon. These experiences taught her invaluable project management and interpersonal skills, allowing her to work with a detailed eye.
Elisa returned to school and obtained a Master of Social Work from the University of Albany in New York. Her commitment to higher education landed her the James Jacob and South Korean Endowed scholarships.
After graduation, Elisa worked as an outpatient therapist for The Family Counseling Center. She gained essential hands-on experience, allowing her to integrate her creative management background with her passion for social work. Elisa then became a psychotherapist at Valera Health, later transitioning to Rappore, a therapy services and medication management practice where she provides her expertise today.
Erica Gettenberg, MD, is the Medical Director at Rappore, a therapy services and medication management practice based in Manhattan, New York.
Erica is board certified in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She helps patients deal with the transition from high school to college, the social and academic stresses of college, and the challenges of early career development.
Erica attended medical school at the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons before completing her psychiatry residency at UCLA. She then completed her fellowship training through the Columbia University and Weill Cornell Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program.
Erica has expertise in mood, anxiety, relationship issues, and ADHD. She has developed a new model for digital mental health treatment that integrates individual psychotherapy and medication management and includes families in the treatment process.

Tzvi Doron D.O., DABOM CLS is board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. He’s a patient-centered physician who started his career in general practice at a newly opened Federally Qualified Health Center in South Florida, where he helped grow the practice from scratch to a thriving practice in two years, providing much-needed care to the underserved. He then transitioned to healthtech leadership as employee #3 at Ro, one of the fastest growing healthcare startups in the U.S., where he served as their Chief Clinical Officer.
Dr. Doron is passionate about the role of exercise and nutrition as medicine and believes prevention should be the backbone of primary care. Dr. Matthew Rodgers trained at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and joins the practice after retiring from the Army after a 27-year career. He is board certified in family medicine and sleep medicine with a focus on sleep medicine for the past 10 years.
He was the Army medical director for the virtual medical center for two years focusing on providing synchronous and asynchronous virtual health care throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Dr. Rodgers created virtual sleep medicine clinics to provide sleep testing and treatment to sites in four countries and eight sites, throughout Europe. Professionally he enjoys narcolepsy, sleep apnea and the complex interactions between sleep and PTSD.
Dr. Rodgers likes football, basketball, and baseball. But ironically wasn’t good at any of them, so he played rugby for eight years and wrestled for fourteen and coached wrestling for five years.
Dr. Amy Meoli has been practicing sleep medicine for over 20 years. She trained at the University of Missouri-Kansas City prior to her sleep fellowship at Allegheny University in Philadelphia. She is board-certified in sleep medicine.
Dr. Meoli says she recognized the changes in patient needs related to sleep issues, and the growing time constraint people have to manage. She believes Sliiip is a progressive move to accommodate patient needs.
Dr.Meoli is excited to be a part of this organization. Besides work, she enjoys time with her puppies. She loves to travel and cook.
Irene is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer specializing in weight loss, injury prevention, corrective exercise, and glute development. With passion for promoting population health, Irene earned her Master of Public Health from the University of Southern California where she contributed to government-funded weight loss programs for adolescents and adults with obesity. These experiences reinforced her belief that nutrition and exercise are the best preventive “medicine” for chronic diseases and overall well-being. To deepen her expertise in holistic health approach, Irene pursued a Master of Science in Nutritional Science and Kinesiology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Gabby is a diabetes care specialist and registered dietitian based in Long Island City.
