Born in New York City and raised in Stockton, California, Dr. Hill obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of California at San Diego. Following a short stint as a molecular biologist with the Veteran’s Administration, she received her medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.
Dr. Hill went on to complete both her internship and her residency training at the University of California Davis San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, where she served as chief resident. After finishing her residency in 2000, she founded the family medicine practice that has since become HT Family Physicians.
Dr. Hill is a past President of the San Joaquin Medical Society. For her ongoing contribution to family medicine, the UC Davis Department of Family and Community Medicine selected Dr. Hill as its 2012 alumni of the year.

Dr. Hill loves to travel with her husband and two adult children; she’s also an avid cook, enjoys jazzercise, and training her Cairn Terrier Ziggy. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Born in New York, Dr. Tso grew up in Fremont, California. She received her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University, in San Jose, California. After a short stint working as a biologist at a biotech company in Silicon Valley, she enrolled in medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, in Pomona, California; she received her medical degree in 1997.
Dr. Tso went on to complete her internship and family medicine residency training in Stockton, California as part of the University of California Davis family practice residency program at San Joaquin General Hospital, where she served as chief resident.
After practicing as a family physician in Eureka, California for several years, Dr. Tso joined HT Family Physicians in 2004. She’s affiliated with Dameron Hospital / Adventist Health and St. Joseph’s Medical Center / Dignity Health both in Stockton, and Lodi Memorial Hospital / Adventist Health in Lodi. Dr. Tso is fluent in Mandarin.
Dr. Tso loves spending time, especially outdoors, with her husband and two adult children. She’s fluent in Mandarin and enjoys running, working out on the Stairmaster, and all things Hollywood.

Personal Hobbies:
My wife and I are both busy physicians, she has her busy Internal Medicine practice in Oakdale, Ca. We have three wonderful, very active children, who keep us quite busy.
