I understand that it is painful to live with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, difficulty sleeping, unhealthy coping skills, despair, and to cope with trauma memories and difficult people in your life, and everyone needs a safe space to process and talk about these complicated experiences and implement healthy coping while making sense and coming to peace with your stories and complex people in your life. I will hear your story and help you to come to your truth and ownership of your healing as you brave authenticity and assertive boundaries to prioritize your values.
