Jessica Champagne is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with several years of experience in a variety of both inpatient and outpatient settings. Jessica takes a holistic approach to patient care, often combining traditional medicine with lifestyle modifications and complementary therapies. Michele Vallee, APRN has over a decade of experience in hospital, school and community settings caring for patients. After listening to thousands of patients’ concerns, the growing need for additional access to health care became increasingly clear. More patients were spending many hours in the emergency room to receive basic health care. ER visits were not only costly and time consuming but often described as impersonal.
Realizing that patients were frustrated with the lack of health care options available Michele Vallee was motivated to make a difference and started Advance Telemedicine.

Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.

His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005.
