She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition in 2008 from University of Nevada Reno. After this she worked in healthcare as a scribe and medical assistant for 8 years before pursuing her career as a PA.

Tori was born and raised in Auburn. She has a passion for serving our community and has spent time volunteering at a free clinic in town. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, playing sports and board games. She also loves cooking, baking, and getting together with friends and family.

Andrew W. Nangalama, MD, is an award-winning provider of family medicine and urgent care services at American River Urgent Care. With nearly two decades of medical experience, he proudly serves families around Orangevale, California. Yuanying (Alex) Liang is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her master’s degree in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in California and her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Valdosta State University in Georgia. Alex is a careful and considerate nurse practitioner with a passion for and deep interest in treating and preventing chronic medical conditions and aging well. Dr. Kepple graduated magna cum laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, receiving his bachelor’s in Physical Science. He received his M.D. degree from UC San Diego Medical School and completed his Family Medicine Residency through UC Davis Health. As a board certified family physician, he has enjoyed a broad spectrum practice including obstetrics and dermatology for over 20 years in Quincy, California. During these two decades, Dr. Kepple served as the Medical Director of the Rural Health Clinics at Plumas District Hospital. From 2014 to 2018 he served as the CEO of the hospital and clinics, ultimately leading the organization to a designation of a UC Davis Rural Center of Excellence. 

He also serves as Medical Director of Frontline Medical Wildland Fire Team and cofounder of the annual Sierra Nevada Conservation and Wilderness Medicine Conference in Quincy. Dr. Kepple now focuses his clinical practice in dermatology. He enjoys mountain biking, backcountry snowboarding, backpacking, gardening, theatre, songwriting and sharing life’s many other God-given wonders with his wife Tracy.
